Minneapolis UXIA is a five-piece collective whose music transcends genre conventions, interlacing heavy riffs, ethereal soundscapes, and thought-provoking lyrical narratives. Tracks like “Journey to Begin” and “Welcome Holm” dive into the tension between despair and hope, reflecting a profound meditation on the human experience through the lens of nature and existential struggle.
“We want every song to feel like a journey, like the listener is moving through a world that’s as emotional as it is sonic,” the band shares.
The album was meticulously recorded by Will Maravelas at 14:59 and Reed Reimer at Fable Factory , with Reed Reimer also handling mixing and mastering duties to deliver a final product that is immersive, powerful, and sonically rich.
