New album, “III”, out on November 8th!
Neànder’s musical prowess speaks volumes as guitarists Jan Korbach, Michael Zolkiewicz, and Patrick Zahn, alongside drummer Flo Häuser, communicate eloquently through their instruments. The allure of the new single, “Ultra”, is evident from the start, with a juxtaposition of a calm-sounding piano intro played by Konrad Betcher (Minneapolis) swiftly evolving into a forceful blend of captivating riffs and melodies, akin to the ebb and flow of a turbulent sea. The sheer intensity of the majestic riff in “Ultra” truly embodies the essence of neànder.
Guitarist Jan Korbach reflects on the distinctive neànder sound, stating: “There is now a neànder sound. I already notice it with the first idea for a new song. Something grabs me suddenly, I grab the guitar, and it becomes clear: This is neànder!”
