Debut album “Crushed” out on June 3rd!
Hailing from the mountainous region of New Hampshire, MAGNATAR are a force of nature provoking the earth to upheave all of it’s filth and expel it into the nether. Just as bands like YOB are hard to characterize, such is this foursome’s output; devastatingly heavy, but at times as serene as their natural surroundings. There are layers of depth to this sludge outfits harvest that reveal themselves through cloak of fog, mountain mist, the bitterest cold, and the most blinding sunlight. Crushed is a monument to be cherished and one hell of a debut album.
