New album, “Declive”, out on April 30th!
As they themselves tell us, “Futuro Primitivo was born from a musical reunion between ‘Llobet’ Puig and Pere Sánchez at the end of 2019”, who had already shared many adventures in the much-missed Vortice. After seeing that the mojo was still there, bassist Carlo Pavia (ex-RVNA, Buen Destino) soon joined them, and of course, another ex-Vortice member, Álex Misas, took over the micro. Later on, Manel Gallego (Xmilk, Plastidecore) joins the Barcelona combo after Carlo’s departure.
The result of this winning combination is a wild mix of extreme metal and thrash, together with the hard glue of what unites them most: hardcore. From October to November 2022 they locked themselves in the Wheel Sound Studio of Txosse Ruiz (NoWayOut, Zimt…), who produced Declive, and then Víctor Garcia from Barcelona’s Ultramarinos mastered these ten bombshells that make up their debut.
Futuro Primitivo’s first album will be released on 30 April by the labels Violence In The Veins, Vinilako, Cruzade Records and Minor Label in 10″ blue format, and don’t expect any mercy from them.
Imagine an unbreakable, unrestrained, and direct alloy that draws as much from Sepultura as from Napalm Death, from Soziedad Alkoholika as from Brujeria. Declive is an unbelievable blast from the past!
