New album, “Christopsy”, out on May 21st!
CHRIST DENIED, the oldest Brutal Death band in Spain, has just celebrated 30 years of existence and does so with its 3rd full album, the first to include a human drummer and taking the levels of its unmistakable brutality even further.
Formed in early 1994 by Dave Rotten (AVULSED) and David Nigger (ex-INTOXICATION), CHRIST DENIED released their 1st demo “Thy Horned God” that same year, a split double 7″EP in ’95 and already their 1st album “…Got What He Deserved” in ’96. It was followed by the demo “Impale the Fraud” in ’98 and two split mini CD’s in 2000, one with ABORTED and another with BASTARD SAINTS. In ’04 the CD “Drink… Drink the Blood!” containing both splits and the demo was released while the band was in hibernation process until Roger B (INFECTED FLESH) joined in replacing David Nigger, and they released their 2nd album “Cancer Eradication” in 2013.
Between 2013 and 2017, CHRIST DENIED offered some shows in Spain, the Czech Republic (Obscene Extreme) and Germany, the latter already with Fabio Grinder (ex-INTERNAL SUFFERING) on drums, with whom the band began to record the 3rd album that took 3 years, from 2021 to 2023, to achieve it and it was finally mixed and mastered at the beginning of 2024. This new album will be titled “Christopsy” with a great wover artwork made by ucrainian artist Daemorph Art and of course, it includes a version by CRYPTOPSY, one of the bands that from the beginning, influenced CHRIST DENIED.
