New album “Wishdream” out now!
Abstract Void is a Russian based one-man band created by Bogdan Makarov (Skyforest and A Light In The Dark). The sound it’s intrinsically a blend of synthwave, black metal and 80’s music. The band has released three albums so far. Into The Blue was the debut album (2017), overlaid by impassioned blackgaze vocals and 80s style synthwave. In 2018 came Back To Reality and Abstract Void Instrumental. This last album it’s a collection of all tracks from the previous albums, without the vocals.
After two years of keeping silent, Abstract Void return with the third album, Wishdream. A dream-like trip like no other, exploring more the experimental style that consecrated the band. The harsh and suffering vocals match with perfection synths potentially hopeful, some 80’s dance music, post-black metal guitar riffs and all experimentations that only Abstract Void can achieve.
