New album, “As We All Will”!
Obsidian Mantra is a death metal band from Greater Poland, founded in 2014. Their music combines groove-centric, technical riffs with fuzzy black metal motifs. Avoiding catchy choruses and easy melodies, the band remains faithful to old-school death metal, without trying to resurrect a bygone era.
The new album “As We All Will” is the group’s third album. The album was made at Heinrich House Studio, and the graphic design is the responsibility of an artist from Spain – Pilar Martínez. The album is released thanks to the Via Nocturna label.
“As We All Will deals with the existential difficulties of humanity. The album explores the inevitability of suffering, the universality of fears and weaknesses, and the necessity of facing the vastness of an indifferent universe as an individual and overcoming ourselves.” – this is what Obsidian Mantra says about their album.
